Faraday Midstream Company is an intrastate transmission company and gatherer, which carries the bulk of VirTex's gas into major transmission lines for further treating, processing, and delivery to market. Faraday has an ongoing construction program aimed at providing pipeline capacity for VirTex development, and projected construction and/or purchase of assets aimed at adding additional markets.

Faraday's pipelines are anchored with the long-lived natural gas reserves of VirTex and third-party gas.
